If you have placed your order with us before 4:30 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. And if the amount of your order is above € 50, then we will ship it for free in The Netherlands!

WHAT COURIER WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED WITH?
We use PostNL's courier service for all our orders. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this track & trace code you can always see where your order is at that time and when the delivery will take place.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN A STORE?
You are living near one our Jewelz store? Great! You can choose to pick up your online order yourself in our store. The delivery time for this option is on working days:
Eindhoven: on average 2 hours
Method: In the ordering process, choose the option 'pick up in our store'. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail when your order is ready. Note: when you pick up your order, you must be able to present a valid ID (passport, ID card or driver's license).
CAN I STILL CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it is possible to change the delivery address of your order before 3 p.m. Please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone.
