If you are not satisfied with your order or if you have ordered the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days. You must enclose the return form with the return shipment. The return form is enclosed with your order and can be found in your personal account at www.fleurdekiki.com and in your e-mail. You must indicate on the form which item you want to return. Returning items is for your own account.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- The item must be returned undamaged
- The attached labels and the price tag must be intact
- The item is in unworn, unwashed and unused condition
- Returned items that do not meet the return conditions may be refused by Fleur de Kiki and returned to the customer. The costs of this are for the account of the customer.

Refund:
The full purchase amount and any paid shipping costs of the order will be refunded to your account within 10 working days after cancellation. The shipping costs for returning are for your own account. In the event of a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, Fleur de Kiki will reimburse the shipping costs. Please contact our customer service for a return label. Our customer service can be reached via [email protected] . In the case of returning part of your order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can place a new order in our webshop. The purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded to your account within 10 working days . Due to our stock system, this is the fastest way to receive the desired product.
